">Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Director of Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the practice development project, driving excellence in nursing practice, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of practice development projects to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in nursing practice and promote a culture of innovation
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of safety and quality within the organization
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to support their professional development and growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in nursing
  • Proven track record of success in leading practice development projects and improving patient outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
