Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Senior Care Coordinator.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support services for young people in residential care settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and progression opportunities of service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) in Social Care or relevant field, accompanied by a management qualification. Alternatively, a minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care is acceptable.
- 4 years of experience working in residential care settings.
