This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential facility ensuring compliance with legal and child protection standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to children within the business.
- Lead a social care team to deliver high-quality care education support and integration support.
- Liaise with stakeholders contributing to key decisions for their service.
- Implement policies procedures and best practices to maintain a high standard of care.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance through Supervision meetings and performance management systems.
- Manage staff rotas for effective running of the service.
- Promote privacy dignity independence choice rights for young persons.
- Ensure compliance with national regulations.
- A Third Level Qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or equivalent.
- A suitable Management Qualification is essential.
- Essential 3+ years demonstrable management experience in a similar setting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders relevant to this role.
- Supervising and leading others.
- Relevant experience providing care in a community setting.
