Quality Assurance Expert

Mbryonics is pioneering free space optical communications, offering a diverse product portfolio that covers emerging technologies such as photonic integrated circuits and advanced optical systems.

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of materials, components, and finished products.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) processes by establishing quality requirements.
  • Train and support staff in quality-related procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
