We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our EMEA product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting successful strategies, building impactful products, and managing high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include developing the long-term vision and strategy for EMEA product, deeply understanding users' needs, representing Stripe as the product representative of the region, and collaborating cross-functionally with other product teams to bring products to market in EMEA.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or general management for a technical product
  • Proven track record of setting successful strategies and building impactful products
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, designers, and external partners to build complex systems at scale
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams of product managers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for articulating user problems precisely and concisely
  • Analytical mindset, proven experience working cross-functionally to turn data insights into strategic decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy and responsibility
