About the Maintenance Role

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to equipment and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 6 or Higher in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience (2 years preferred) as a maintenance technician in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
