  • Invoice Processing: Enter and verify purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to necessary controls.
  • AP Query Management: Manage the accounts payable query inbox for a portfolio of clients, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Supplier Communication: Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers through regular communication.
  • Bank Account Administration: Administer bank accounts, including uploading payments and matching vendor invoices.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a busy accounts environment. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are also essential.
