We are seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to lead our bar operations and create memorable experiences for every guest. The successful candidate will be the face of our bar, crafting innovative cocktails that tell a story and ensuring our Gastrobar maintains its reputation as the neighborhood's favorite spot.

">Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Gastrobar Experience
  • Craft innovative cocktails
  • Maintain impeccable standards for drink quality, presentation, and service
  • Manage stock control and ordering
  • Work with management to create exciting drink offerings

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality establishment, a genuine passion for cocktails and spirits, and natural leadership skills. They will also possess outstanding communication skills, knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and stock management, as well as an open and humble personality.
