Fire Alarm Maintenance Specialist

This role involves pre-planned and reactive maintenance, as well as installation work. It requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of fire alarm systems.
We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities to fill this position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a valid CSR Card (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular maintenance visits and weekly system tests to identify and rectify any issues.
- Install and commission a wide range of systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control and emergency lighting.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times and maintain a safe working environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota to provide prompt assistance when required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Valid full driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Valid CSR Card (desirable).
