We are currently recruiting an experienced Claims Advocate to join our dynamic team at TN Ireland. As a Claims Advocate, you will be primarily responsible for the management of the day-to-day fulfilment of the broker claims strategy and key processes for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of clients' claims.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Notifying clients of losses and facilitating the resolution of claims through effective communication with underwriters and other stakeholders.
- Negotiating with markets to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Coordinating with placement teams, specialists, network offices, clients, underwriters and appointed experts to ensure seamless claim settlements.
- Providing expert guidance on claims coverage and wordings to support the claims process.
- Developing and implementing strategies to manage complex claims, including high-value property losses and financial/professional lines claims.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
