Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front office area, including greeting and directing visitors
  • Oversee correspondence and update contact lists
  • Arrange courier and taxi services, logging details on an Excel spreadsheet
  • Update the reception manual and manage fobs for new staff, visitors, and existing employees
  • Liaise with IT for meeting room set-ups and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Prepare catering orders and manage stationery supplies
Requirements:
