Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Expert to join our team in Ireland. This key role will provide expert advice on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring our business remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business model and corporate support services.
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Support cross-functional projects with a leading role in Ireland, driving strategic decision-making and implementation.
  • Analyse business-related laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with relevant PQE experience and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of related work experience in life science industry or law firm.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
