Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the expansion of our structured reinsurance portfolio in Europe. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of new life reinsurance transactions and developing bespoke reinsurance solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the completion of complex structured life reinsurance transactions.
  • Develop and structure innovative reinsurance solutions that provide risk mitigation and optimize capital for clients under Solvency II regulations.
  • Underwrite, price, and recommend new transactions in line with group risk appetite, pricing, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
  • Actuarial qualification or master's degree in a related field with 5+ years' experience.
  • Experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions.
  • Good understanding of Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance.
  • Strong numerical skills and knowledge of financial metrics.
