Job Description:

Custody Onboarding is a critical function within our organization, responsible for the smooth transition of clients to Northern Trust Custody. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all onboarding requirements are met, and clients receive exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary point of contact for all custody onboarding clients">
• To take ownership of new business setups, ensuring a seamless transition to Northern Trust Custody">
• Ownership, management, and resolution of all client onboarding requirements">
• Maintenance and monitoring of all client onboarding projects">
• Ensuring onboarding operation set ups align with client needs">
• Coordination and management of custody onboarding set up as directed by the Investment Manager">
• Awareness of transition activity linked to the client">
• Initiating frequent, proactive communication with the Investment Manager and Client to verify perceived levels of onboarding tasks aligned to project plans">
• Organizing connectivity, linkages, invoices, and operational requirements to ensure complete custody set up in systems">
• Maintenance of New Business Tracker and other business database updating as required">
• Execution with onboarding management framework">
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal partners">
• Compliance with all NT risk policies and adherence to 'Best Practice' documents">
• Effective communication with RMs/CSS/ internal stakeholders">

Benefits:

Limerick's Custody Client Service team is responsible for 600+ clients, requiring high-level interaction with internal teams to source information which enables the team to provide prompt quality responses for all client queries. The successful candidate will report into the Custody Onboarding Manager and be responsible for ensuring all key milestones are achieved.

The role combines project/onboarding delivery and oversight of clients, third-party interaction, issue escalation, and resolution. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with all internal partners and ensure compliance with all NT risk policies and adherence to 'Best Practice' documents.

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be based in Limerick, Ireland, and will be expected to work 5 days per week during the training period (3 days/week on-site thereafter). A College or University degree is preferred.
