Custody Onboarding Role Overview

Based in Limerick, this position involves reporting directly into the Custody Onboarding Manager. The role requires collaboration with Clients and Investment Managers to ensure all key milestones are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To act as the primary point of contact for custody onboarding Clients, ensuring seamless transitions to Northern Trust Custody.
  • Taking ownership of new business setup to guarantee a smooth transition process.
  • Managing and resolving Client onboarding requirements, maintaining and monitoring client projects, and aligning onboarding operations with Client needs.
  • Coordinating custody onboarding setups as directed by the Investment Manager, staying aware of transition activity linked to the Client.
  • Frequent communication with the Investment Manager and Client to verify perceived levels of onboarding tasks, organizing connectivity, invoices, and operational requirements.
  • Maintaining the New Business Tracker and other business database updates, executing onboarding management frameworks, and building strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with all NT risk policies and adherence to Best Practice documents, effective communication with RMs / CSMs / internal stakeholders.

Key Skills: This role demands global custody operational knowledge with proven Client Service expertise, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to execute complex projects effectively.
