Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. As a key member of our custody onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of clients to our custody services.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all custody onboarding clients
- Manage new business setups and ensure a smooth transition to Northern Trust Custody
- Oversee client onboarding requirements and maintain project plans
- Coordinate with investment managers and clients to verify onboarding tasks aligned to project plans
- Organize connectivity, linkages, invoices, and operational requirements for complete custody setup
- Global custody operational knowledge with proven client service expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables
- Able to plan and prioritize workload to meet client deadlines
- College or university degree
