Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Technical Writer

This role involves creating detailed documentation for global supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global supply chain processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in process documentation or technical writing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation for supply chain processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Manage document control processes, including version control, approvals, and distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits of supply chain documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to supply chain staff on the use and interpretation of process documentation.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, technical writing, or a related field, and extensive experience in supply chain management, process documentation, or technical writing.
