Employment Lawyer Position
We are seeking a senior employment lawyer to grow our market-leading Employment practice. The ideal candidate will have the ability and desire to manage an existing team.
The successful applicant must have an impeccable technical record with proven ability to attract new business; advising key clients on employment law issues.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and Promoting the Team: Play a vital role in developing and promoting the Team through business development, networking and profile raising activities.
- Cross-Border Opportunities: Work closely with colleagues in other offices to develop cross-border opportunities for our global client base.
- Leadership Skills: You'll be well placed to motivate and support the team, building on your existing relationships, to help grow the team's practice.
- Initiative and Communication: A positive approach towards implementing new initiatives and assisting in the success of our organization.
- Teamwork and Coaching: Team oriented and collegiate with experience of mentoring, coaching and supervising less experienced members of teams.
- Influencing at All Levels: A confident communicator with ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels.
