Job Title: Duty Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As part of our hospitality venue in North Dublin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations within the venue, working closely with food and beverage operations.
  • Manage staff (35) including coordination of daily operational plans, training, development, rostering and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
  • Oversee service delivery across all areas of the business.
  • Ensure customers receive the best service and continuously improve service standards.
  • Manage systems for stock management, cost control and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance within Health and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous management/supervisory experience within a hospitality venue.
  • Up to date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
  • HACCP trained.
  • First Aid Certification desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Customer focused with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and a working knowledge of computerised management and control systems.
