  • Optimise moulding process parameters for quality and productivity
  • Provide expert guidance to moulding technicians and operators
  • Contribute to new tool design and development initiatives
  • Oversee mould validation and process documentation
  • Assist with selecting new injection moulding machines
  • Promote Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within the injection Moulding department
  • Develop and share best practices across the team
  • Support day-to-day troubleshooting for the Injection moulding technical teams
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Degree in Engineering, Plastics, or Injection Moulding
