Become a Fitness Instructor and play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences through our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and formulate fitness plans for gym members
  • Demonstrate how to use gym equipment
  • Supervise the floor throughout rostered shifts
  • Conduct various classes as required
  • Check and monitor changing rooms, steam room, sauna, and pool jacuzzi
  • Maintain and update the membership database system
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Relevant fitness qualification or completed a gym instructor course
  • Available Monday-Sunday
  • Flexible with hours
  • Strong customer service, planning, organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
