Receptionist Position Summary
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel front desk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, checking them in/out, and verifying details for accuracy.
- Managing phone and email inquiries, reservations, and switchboard calls efficiently.
- Handling payments, balancing cash receptions, and managing foreign exchange transactions securely.
- Anticipating guest needs, resolving queries, and promoting hotel facilities effectively.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to health & safety protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel property management systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- A team player who is organized, trustworthy, and flexible, able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to adapt to varying shift patterns and public holidays as required.
