Job Title: Child Welfare Program Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of child welfare specialists. As a Child Welfare Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to vulnerable children.Key Responsibilities:- To provide strategic leadership and oversight to a team of child welfare workers, ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of each child.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans that address the complex needs of our service users.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- To work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- To identify and address any concerns or issues that may impact the quality of care provided.
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a social care worker with children, preferably in a management role.
- A full driving license is essential.
