Job Summary
Payroll Supervisor OpportunityThe successful candidate will oversee the accurate and efficient end-to-end processing of payroll for assigned entities, including leave, payroll-related information, and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and complete payroll processing across UK and Irish entities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage PAYE, PRSI, USC, and Pensions calculations and deductions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Revenue Real Time Payroll Reporting requirements are met to maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Complete social welfare, loss of earnings, and other forms required by employees in a timely manner.
- Monitor and implement revenue and legislative updates to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Prepare monthly third-party payments and files to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Evaluate and maintain payroll and HR Administration policies and procedures to optimize business operations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced payroll department with a strong track record of delivering results.
- IPASS qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Coin's experience advantageous but not essential.
- SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Packages and data entry with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
