About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, drive business growth through digital channels, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimisation techniques, content strategy, and technical SEO principles. They will be able to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO plans that align with business objectives, stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes, and continually evaluate and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyse website performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop targeted campaigns to increase organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives, provide expert guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving business growth through digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-site and off-site SEO, content strategy, and technical SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs & Screaming Frog.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO, website CMS, HTML, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to identify relevant content opportunities, and analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
