Staff Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Healthcare Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care by determining individual needs and planning, executing, and analyzing those needs.
  • Work across all specializations within the division, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Offer expertise as a knowledge basis for colleagues, serving as an outstanding role model.
  • In the absence of the Theatre Coordinator or as assigned, assume direct managerial responsibility for the clinical area.
  • Support the growth and leadership of a designated group of practitioners within the unit complement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration with the NMBI or a comparable organization.
  • A clear dedication to patient safety and quality.
  • At least two years of postgraduate acute care nursing experience in a theatre.
  • Experience as a theatre nurse and current understanding of theatre procedures.
  • Knowledge of Orthopaedics.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
