Job Title: Senior Clinical Lead

This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical strategies across the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support the professional development of nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with full NMBI registration and Level 8 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Health or management related field
  • A minimum of 7 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting and at least 4 years management experience at CNM II level or above
  • Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
