Line Maintenance Planning Strategist

This is a senior maintenance planning role within the planning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of all line maintenance planning requirements throughout the network.
- Creation of daily progress reports on current line maintenance plans to the Line Maintenance Planning Manager and Head of Planning.
- Liaising directly with external maintenance providers and suppliers to ensure availability for upcoming maintenance requirements.
- Creation and regular update of short, medium and long-term line maintenance plans to ensure sufficient capacity available for fleet growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in an airline or maintenance organisation in a planning role with detailed understanding of EASA regulations.
Key skills and experience include:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team projects & drive team competency.
- A flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
- Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and project coordination tools desirable.
- A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification with additional education that is acceptable to a competent authority.
