Job Title

A lead role in aircraft maintenance planning is available. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team and provide day-to-day oversight of all line maintenance planning requirements.

About the Role

This is a senior position that involves creating daily progress reports, liaising with 3rd party maintenance organisations and suppliers, and ensuring sufficient capacity for fleet growth.

  • Providing day-to-day oversight of all line maintenance planning requirements throughout the Ryanair Group Network.
  • Creating daily progress reports on current line maintenance plans to the Line Maintenance Planning Manager and Head of Planning.
  • Liaising directly with 3rd Party Maintenance Organisations and suppliers to ensure availability for upcoming maintenance requirements.
  • Creation and regular update of short, medium and long-term line maintenance plans to ensure sufficient capacity available for fleet growth up to 300M passengers.
Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with the following key skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in an airline or maintenance organisation in a planning role with detailed understanding of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team projects & drive team competency.
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
  • Experience with AMOS and Smartsheets desirable.
  • A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education that is acceptable to a competent authority.
