Job Overview

A leading medical device company is seeking a skilled Production Team Leader to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring achievement of weekly targets and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, task management, planning, prioritizing, and headcount management. Additional key duties include providing training, recruitment, induction, production planning, problem-solving guidance, and communication with direct reports and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task organization and prioritization

  • Training and development management
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Production planning and optimization
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Inventory control and management

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of materials/inventory planning systems
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience
