We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Orthopaedic Device Specialist to support surgeons and healthcare professionals in the use of orthopaedic devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical advice and training on the use of orthopaedic devices and surgical techniques.
- Engage with surgeons to develop sales opportunities and advise on appropriate leads.
- Support customers with stock and equipment management, including consignment inventory and ordering patterns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity on our CRM system.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in surgical or theatre work, preferably in orthopaedics.
- A valid full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Able to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
This is a part-time contract requiring 21 hours per week, covering an elective surgical environment. You will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with no weekend or night shifts.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, annual bonus, profit share bonus, company car, and other benefits.
