Orthopaedic Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in the Southeast region. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of orthopaedic reconstruction and be able to provide technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with technical guidance and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques, primarily in a theatre setting.
  • Engage with existing and new surgeons to develop robust sales opportunity pipelines and advise on suitable sales leads.
  • Support customers with activities related to inventory management, including consignment stock, loan kits, and ordering patterns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a surgical or theatre environment within orthopaedics surgery (Scrub Nurse/Surgical Assistant).
  • A valid full driving license.
  • Possession of advanced communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.

Key Qualifications: Advanced understanding of orthopaedic reconstruction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
