Clinical Specialist

Territory: Southeast Territory
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques in a theatre setting.
- Engage with existing and new surgeons to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise on suitable sales leads.
- Support customers with activities related to stock management, equipment ordering, consignment inventory, and loan kits.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity.
- Develop product and procedure knowledge with the sales team through teaching in theatre settings, classrooms, or our Induction Training Programme.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of surgical/theatre experience in orthopaedics surgery (scrub nurse).
- Full clean driving license.
- We also consider hospital-based physios with good ortho-surgical knowledge.
- Personal Characteristics:
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
- Able to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
- Driven by a desire to succeed and a strong work ethos.
- Will to overcome setbacks and challenges.
