Orthopaedic Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) to cover maternity leave on our busy Orthopaedic Unit.
Job Description:- Deliver high-quality patient care to post-operative patients with orthopaedic conditions, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the recovery process.
- Assess and respond to patients' physical needs, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective multidisciplinary teamworking.
- Previous experience in caring for post-operative patients is advantageous but not essential. We are willing to provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
