Clinical Orthopaedic Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a part-time role as an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist. This position requires working three days per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the safe and effective use of our products in theatre settings.
- Engage with surgeons to develop sales opportunities and advise on lead generation strategies.
- Support customers with stock management, including consignment inventory, loan kits, and ordering patterns.
- Maintain records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in surgical or theatre settings, preferably in orthopaedics surgery.
- Full clean driving license is required.
- Familiarity with hospital-based physiotherapy or similar experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills are essential.
- Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence in a clinical environment.
- Driven individual with a strong work ethos and motivation to overcome challenges and achieve success.
