Senior E&I Construction Manager

As a seasoned E&I Construction Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the construction phase of our projects. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in similar roles and a strong background in E&I Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review returned E&I bids and prepare technical briefs
  • Analyze trade and industry knowledge to stay abreast of developments in the construction industry
  • Develop detailed execution strategies to ensure project success
  • Contribute to the development of Construction Health Safety Plans (CHSP) and Quality Assurance/Testing documentation
  • Assist in schedule development and lead Interim Acceptance Procedures (IAPs)

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing construction personnel, resources, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results. This includes ensuring that all necessary plant, tools, temporary facilities, and other resources are available.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: Degree in E&I Engineering or a related field
  • Significant years of experience in a similar role
  • Biotech/Pharma knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency in Construction Management, Health & Safety, and Pharmaceutical operations
