NB: The ideal candidate MUST hold a valid working visa or citizenship to work in Ireland.

Our client is seeking an experienced E&I Construction Lead to oversee the full Electrical & Instrumentation construction scope on a major project, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and timely system turnover to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the E&I scope from pre-construction through system turnover.
  • Run constructability reviews; prepare detailed scopes of work and assist with BOQs.
  • Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure construction meets drawings, specs, standards, and QA/TO requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to hit milestones.
  • Supervise site E&I staff (superintendents, supervisors, subcontractors).
  • Monitor progress, report weekly, and drive continuous improvement/lessons learned.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or related).
  • Significant experience leading E&I construction on large projects.
  • Biotech/Pharma project background preferred.
  • Strong multi-disciplinary coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven delivery record: safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
