M&E Co-Ordinator

At Conack Construction, we aim to hire the best candidates in the industry to join our growing and well-established teams nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we now require an M&E Coordinator for a role based in Dublin & Limerick.
Key Responsibilities- M&E coordination of multiple projects in the region as allocated by the Operations Director.
- Deliver high-quality, snag-free projects on time and within tender budget margins.
- Manage design-build projects to meet client requirements.
- Support site management teams on M&E packages to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender margins.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on all projects.
- Handle dispute resolution when required.
- Prepare contractual claims as needed.
- Assist in estimating projects as directed by the Operations Director and senior management.
- Manage the release of final retentions on projects, including:
- Agreeing snag lists with the design team and clients.
- Allocating snag works to subcontractors.
- Organizing and managing the Conack snag team to finalize outstanding snags.
- Preparing contra charges for subcontractors with documentation.
- Ensuring subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges.
- Degree qualification and/or relevant industry experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in an M&E Coordinator role.
