At Conack Construction, we aim to hire the best candidates in the industry to join our growing and well-established teams nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we now require an M&E Coordinator for a role based in Dublin & Limerick.

Key Responsibilities
  1. M&E coordination of multiple projects in the region as allocated by the Operations Director.
  2. Deliver high-quality, snag-free projects on time and within tender budget margins.
  3. Manage design-build projects to meet client requirements.
  4. Support site management teams on M&E packages to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender margins.
  5. Maintain high standards of health and safety on all projects.
  6. Handle dispute resolution when required.
  7. Prepare contractual claims as needed.
  8. Assist in estimating projects as directed by the Operations Director and senior management.
  9. Manage the release of final retentions on projects, including:
    1. Agreeing snag lists with the design team and clients.
    2. Allocating snag works to subcontractors.
    3. Organizing and managing the Conack snag team to finalize outstanding snags.
    4. Preparing contra charges for subcontractors with documentation.
    5. Ensuring subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualification and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in an M&E Coordinator role.
