Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the development of our high-rise and high-density project in East Dublin.
The Role:- Coordinate and supervise the construction of a mixed-use development.
- Manage procurement processes on site in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee industrial projects and manage manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors across multiple sites.
- Manage sub-contractors and personnel on site.
- Supervise works on site to ensure quality, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labor, material ordering, and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and senior management to update them on project progress.
- Perform administrative procedures, recording site operations performance and progress.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume residential projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite (including Project).
