Senior Associate - Health & Prosecutions

This role presents a captivating opportunity for a skilled Senior Associate to spearhead our client's Health & Prosecutions team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on healthcare law, child protection law, and regulatory prosecutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored legal training programs, workshops, and webinars for professionals.
  • Represent statutory authorities, including child protection agencies, healthcare providers, and local authorities.
  • Take a proactive approach in advocacy, with the potential for court appearances.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a related practice area, with a strong background in litigation, child protection, healthcare law, or prosecutions.
  • Qualifications: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.
  • Skills: A collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly with multiple teams across the firm. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality legal training when required.
  • Advocacy: Experience in court advocacy is advantageous but not essential.
