Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project costs, including procurement and tender reports.
- Prepare monthly payment applications and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs and agree variations with the design team.
- Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
- Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience as a quantity surveyor on civils projects.
- Prior experience working with main contractors is desirable.
- Chartered status or working towards chartership is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Proficient IT skills are necessary for this role.
We are a leading Irish civil contractor with projects across Munster and Ireland.
