This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization as an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to project teams, driving high performance through all aspects of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and PSCS requirements.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations, track progress, and ensure contract completion on schedule.
  • Liaise with Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Maintain positive communication with the public and regulatory bodies regarding queries/complaints.
  • Champion high ISO standards, coordinating site activities according to company systems and procedures.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Construction Director, advising on progress and issues affecting targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or related field.
  • Relevant third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other PM planning tools.
