This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist in a dynamic Adult Disability setting.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team, providing expert support to individuals with complex communication needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with a range of communication disorders, including dysphagia, apraxia, and aphasia.

You will also develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with healthcare professionals, families, and carers to achieve optimal outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is the provision of education and training to staff members, promoting awareness and understanding of speech and language therapy practices.
