We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. This high-priority role will involve managing site operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of electrical construction projects across commercial and industrial sites.
  • Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of all electrical systems, including containment, lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data infrastructure.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications; ensure works are delivered according to client and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other contractors to maintain seamless site coordination and efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and safety documentation. A proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects safely and efficiently is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified electrician with a National Craft Certificate or relevant third-level qualification.
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience working in industrial or commercial electrical installations.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or construction management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical containment systems, 3-phase power and distribution, lighting systems, fire alarms, and data cabling.
  • Experience managing RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and safety documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to quality and safety culture.
