The position of Consumer Protection Manager is available in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. This role requires the successful candidate to be highly skilled in assessing trader compliance with consumer protection legislation.
Key responsibilities include conducting screenings on cases informed by requests made to other authorities, managing and assessing potential breaches, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing information material, and contributing to strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with traders across various sectors. A mid-senior level professional with experience in legal matters is preferred.
The selected individual will join a team responsible for enforcing consumer protection laws and ensuring traders comply with relevant legislation.
