Deliver end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage monthly payroll cycles for employees in Ireland and other regions.
- Maintain compliance with tax laws, social insurance contributions, pension schemes, and statutory regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors and external service providers.
- Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting processes.
- Lead or support the implementation of new payroll systems, tools, and procedures.
You will work closely with Finance to align with month-end processes and collaborate with HR on budget planning, headcount reporting, and regulatory submissions. A strong understanding of Irish tax legislation, payroll regulations, and employment law is crucial for this position.
RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a payroll role, with at least 2 years at manager level.
- Proven experience running end-to-end payroll in Ireland.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish tax legislation, payroll regulations, and employment law.
- Strong systems experience and Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
