Dedicated Accounts Assistant Wanted for Dynamic Finance Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tasks including monthly and year-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments
  • Manage weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, including client accounts
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and provide support with management accounts
  • Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Prepare/update cash flow schedules and assist with VAT/PAYE filings
  • Assist with payroll and audit preparation
  • Contribute to internal financial controls and reporting

As an experienced finance professional, you will have exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and strong potential for future growth.

Requirements:
  • 13 years experience in a finance/accounting support role
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach
