Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function, including generating timesheets, reviewing advances, and reconciling payroll files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the processing and review of payroll functions.
  • Provide world-class customer service to employee payroll queries.
  • Generate timesheets from our rostering system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel expenses, and BIK.
  • Reconcile payroll files weekly and monthly.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of ROS and pay legislation.
  • Experience in using payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
