Job Overview

Irish Life is a leading financial services group with over 1.5 million customers. We are looking for an Executive Administrator to join our team in providing high-quality customer service and business support.

  • This role involves administering business and providing customer service for corporate clients, handling and resolving customer queries efficiently, reconciling daily payments on pension schemes, and providing general administration to support the business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver targets. They will also have the ability to work on own initiative to meet and surpass productivity and quality targets.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in the Pensions industry, in administration and/or claims
  • Completed QFA exams or relevant industry equivalent
  • Previous customer service work experience essential
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deliver team targets
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Working on own initiative to strive to meet and surpass productivity and quality targets
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent timekeeping & attendance required
  • A flexible approach to the working week
