The successful candidate will lead a small team in delivering high-quality depositary services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Reviewing and ensuring adherence to operating procedures, policies, and professional guidelines across the team.
  • Directly managing and developing staff from trainees to senior accountants, providing coaching, direction, and encouragement to achieve their goals and ambitions.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Depositary Services to monitor operational and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Developing regular client reporting on team activities, findings, issues, and conclusions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in depositary services, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple client relationships or significant parts of major client relationships.
  • Effective coaching, delegation, and performance management skills for junior staff members.
  • A willingness to stay up-to-date with domestic and EU regulations and legislation.
  • Sound technical knowledge and ability to provide commercial, risk-sensitive solutions for clients.
  • An eye for detail and initiative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
